Team Lead (Operation)
Graduate with- 3-4 years of working experience in a facility management company. Must have proficiency in manpower deployment, skill fitment, and over all workforce management. Must be competent to lead a team. Must be a graduate degree holder in BBA/B.Com and a diploma in Facility Management Services in UAE.
2-3 years of experience in the same function in a star hotel (Male / Female). Must be proficient in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms, and public areas. They are committed to providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. Good communication skills & guest-centric attitude are highly desirable. Diploma in hotel management will be an added advantage.
The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and order in the kitchen and dining areas. They assist the kitchen team by cleaning equipment and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment in compliance with food safety standards. Must have 2-3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel. Diploma in hotel management is highly desirable.
